Plus Capital Partners

Plus Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development firm, was in need of a brochure which would give potential investors an overview of ELEV8, a planned mixed-use community to be located in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The layout of the brochure uses a grid structure in order to organize a range of content, including text columns of varying widths, tabular data and images of varying sizes along with adjacent captions.

In addition, Plus Capital Partners was in need of a redesign of their business card and letterhead in order to reflect changes to their brand identity. The redesign resulted in a clean, modern design approach which was applied with consistency to both business card and letterhead.
